The role

In your role as Team Lead Quality Assurance you manage and guide a team of highly skilles annotation experts. You support, organize and motivate your team in an engaging work environment, while focusing on your team´s performance. In close collaboration with our project managers, your team delivers pilots and long-running projects in the field of automotive training data and scenarios.

Your tasks
  • Professional leadership and personal development of our multinational quality assurance team with approx. 20 employees
  • Collect customer needs and communicate them to the team
  • Create labeling-guides
  • Allocate resources and distribute according to project needs and company prioritization
  • Find, elaborate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain a high quality output within the team
  • Find and maintain ways to further motivate the team
  • outline and present possible product improvements
  • You report to the team leader delivery
  • Experience with managing and motivating diverse and multicultural teams
  • Presentation skills
  • Training skills
  • English language skills on a fluent level, written and spoken
  • You are curious, open to new ideas and ways to improve a growing startup

Nice to have
  • German language skills
  • Automotive experience
  • Experience with 2D and / or 3D annotation processes
